Dragon House

The ethos of Dragon House is one of positive encouragement for all students to achieve their personal excellence. Each individual matters and as a collective we work towards bringing out the potential in all.

This sums up what is expected of every Dragon student. The challenge to try something we have never tried before, to get involved, to see all events as new opportunities to shine. Above all else the expectation to make the right choice, for ourselves, for Dragon House and for the wider school community. Dragons are known for their respect and compassion towards others. If a student is in need, whichever House they belong to, Dragons know to help and support.

Dragons are of course very competitive students. We want to win! We take great pride in the successes we achieve both as individuals and as part of a group or team, whether in sport, dance and drama, art and technology or other academic challenges.

I am incredibly proud to be the Head of Dragon House. Our Dragon motto is ‘Together we can’, this represents the way Dragon students conduct themselves, with teamwork and togetherness being the foundation of what we achieve.
