Year 8 Options

The options process at Trinity contains a number of stages. 

Firstly, all students will attend Options Assemblies when subject teachers explain more about their subjects and what to expect if the students choose to study that subject in Years 9 to 11.

The Options Evening gives parents and students an opportunity to have a formal presentation in the hall followed by an opportunity to talk to subject leads and gather the key information to support making option choices.

Following Options Evening, each student will have an interview with a senior member of staff to discuss their choices. There will then be a Parents’ Evening before we ask you to hand the completed options in to school.
