Summer Music Concert

Trinity were delighted to welcome the Mayor of Newbury to our annual summer music concert. Students from Trinity and pupils from our Trust Primary School, Speenhamland performed an assortment of musical pieces during the evening ranging from cello soloists, and flute ensembles as well as choirs and bands.

There was also a wide variety of music and the audience was treated to a rendition of Earth, Wind and Fire’s ‘September’ alongside Holst’s ‘Jupiter’.

The evening ended with the celebration of our musical talent. Kydan Ling won Singer of the Year, Felicity Johnson-Booth Musician of the Year and Ione Wootten was our Musical Rising Star.

Dr Charlotte Wilson, Executive Headteacher said “This was a fantastic evening celebrating the musical talent across our Trust Schools. I am really proud to see children from our youngest years performing alongside those in our 6th Form”.
